ELAN FLASH TINT eyebrow dye is a modern direct-action product that does not require an oxidant and is completely ready to use. It is the world’s first tint created using occlusive technology, which helps maintain the natural pH of the skin and prevents dryness.

ELAN FLASH TINT does not contain ammonia and does not disrupt the skin’s moisture balance. After use, no additional moisturizing or restoring products are required.

The formula contains active ingredients, including polysaccharides that form a protective layer to retain moisture and restore hair structure. Key components include:

• Arginine — helps restore protein structure and heal micro-damage;
• Hyaluronic acid — moisturizes and attracts moisture from the environment;
• Hydrolyzed collagen — strengthens hair structure and cuticle;
• Plant oils and extracts — nourish and restore keratin fibers.

How to use:

It is recommended to perform an allergy test 48 hours before the procedure.

Eyebrow coloring:

1. Clean the area using a detox mousse.
2. If needed, apply LashPLEX 2.0 for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
3. Shape the desired brow contour.
4. For a deeper shade, mix with black No.12.
5. Apply evenly with a brush without exceeding the contour.
6. Processing time — from 1 to 15 minutes depending on desired intensity.
7. For a gradient effect, remove some pigment with a damp cotton pad.
8. Remove residue with a damp cotton pad and fix the result with COLOUR FIX fluid.

Eyelash coloring:

1. Remove impurities and makeup using detox mousse.
2. Apply argan oil under the eyes.
3. Protect the lower eyelid with cotton pads.
4. If needed, mix with shade No.08.
5. Apply to lashes and leave for 1–15 minutes.
6. Rinse and fix the result with COLOUR FIX fluid.

Tip: if you work slowly, add a few drops of LashPLEX 2.0 concentrate to the dye — this will slow absorption and ensure even distribution.
