Milky manicure with a "blue marble" effect — a combination of classic tenderness and a bold accent. The semi-transparent white shade on square nails creates an ideal, clean base that looks very fresh and neat. The main highlight of the design is the abstract blue and light blue swirls, reminiscent of the texture of a gemstone or a sea wave. They are located at the free edge and the cuticle on two nails, adding depth and artistic expression to the look.
What you will need to create the look:
- Dehydrator and acid-free primer;
- Base coat for gel polish (milky camouflage base or milky gel);
- Colored gel polishes (deep blue and light blue);
- White gel polish or gel paint (for marble veins);
- No-wipe top coat with a glossy finish;
- Fine liner brush and a flat brush for blending.
How to create a milky manicure with a marble design:
- Preparation: Perform a hygienic manicure, thoroughly degrease the nail plate, and apply a primer for reliable adhesion.
- Base coating and leveling: Apply the milky base or gel, leveling the nail plate and creating an even color. Cure in the lamp.
- Creating the marble effect: On the selected nails (for example, the ring and pinky fingers), apply a thin layer of base coat (or a special blooming base). On the uncured layer, chaotically apply drops of blue and light blue, mixing them with a fine brush or a flat brush dipped in cleanser to create swirls. If desired, add thin white veins. Cure the design in the lamp.
- Final coating: Cover all nails with a no-wipe glossy top coat, leveling the surface and protecting the design from damage. Perform the final polymerization.
