Milky manicure with 3D hearts — is the perfect combination of tenderness, romance, and modern style. A translucent milky shade on neat square nails creates a flawless, clean, and weightless base. The main accent of the design is the ring finger, decorated with several miniature, voluminous (3D) white hearts. This adds playfulness and a unique texture to the look. Such a manicure looks extremely sophisticated, cute, and is suitable for both daily wear and special occasions, such as a date.
What you will need to create the look:
- Dehydrator and acid-free primer;
- Base coat for gel polish (camouflaging milky base or milky gel);
- White gel polish or thick white gel paint/3D gel (for creating hearts);
- Top coat without a sticky layer with a glossy finish;
- Thin brush or dots tool for forming hearts.
How to create a milky manicure with 3D hearts:
- Preparation: Perform a hygienic manicure, thoroughly degrease the nail plate with a dehydrator, and apply a primer for reliable material adhesion.
- Base coating and leveling: Apply a milky base or gel to all nails, creating an even, soft white color. Cure in the lamp. Apply a second layer if necessary.
- Applying top coat: Apply a glossy top coat to all nails and cure in the lamp. This will allow the hearts to look more voluminous and sharper on a smooth surface.
- Creating 3D hearts: On the cured top coat of the ring finger, use a thin brush or dots tool and thick white gel polish/3D gel to carefully form several small hearts. To achieve the 3D effect, apply the material in a drop, shaping it into a heart without spreading. Cure the decor in the lamp. If necessary, repeat the layer on the hearts to increase their volume and cure again.
- Final polymerization: 3D hearts created with thick gel or 3D gel on a cured top coat usually do not require additional coating to preserve their texture. Perform the final polymerization.
